Curug Sawer - Kuningan Curug Sawer yang memiliki ketinggian
terjunan air sekitar 70 m terletak di
Lembah Cilengkrang di kaki bukit
Gunung Ceremai dan berada lebih

kurang 900 meter di atas permukaan
laut (dpl). Daerah ini menjadi tempat wisata yang istimewa karena di sinilah
elang jawa (Spizaetus bartelsi) yang
langka bersarang. Di sini pula vegetasi
pohon jamuju (Podocarpus imbricata)
yang biasa hidup di ketinggian lebih
dari 1.000 meter di atas permukaan laut bisa ditemukan.
Selain Curug Sawer dilokasi ini juga
terdapat Curug Sabuk dengan jarak sekitar 1 km. Jalur yang ditempuh
menuju Curug Sabuk ini relatif mudah.
Ada satu lagi curug, yakni Curug
Kembar di area itu. Namun, untuk
menuju ke lokasi perlu waktu dan
stamina yang lebih baik. Jalan yang dilewati lebih sulit karena sempit dan
menanjak. Perlu waktu 1 jam untuk
sampai di Curug Kembar. Karena
tingkat kesulitan itulah, curug ini
belum dibuka untuk umum. Lokasi
Terletak di sebelah barat Desa

Berjarak 13,5 Km dari pusat Kota
Kuningan. Tempat ini bisa dicapai dari
Desa Pejambon di Kecamatan Kramat
Mulya. Dari Cirebon, perjalanan bisa
ditempuh dengan angkutan umum ke arah Desa Kelapa Gunung dan naik
ojek menuju ujung aspal Desa
Pejambon arah Lembah Cilengkrang.
Dari ujung aspal Desa Pejambon,
perjalanan dilanjutkan dengan
berjalan kaki sejauh 5 kilometer dari rumah penduduk ke bumi
perkemahan Cilengkrang. Pada
kilometer pertama jalur memang
menanjak, tetapi pada kilometer
selanjutnya relatif landai dan datar.
Jalan tanah yang lebarnya sekitar 1 meter dan adanya penanda jalan yang
menunjukkan arah ke bumi
perkemahan membuat jalur lebih
mudah ditemukan meski berbentuk
setapak.
Di sepanjang jalur ini hamparan perkebunan warga masih ditemukan.
Setelah menempuh perjalanan sekitar
3 km, sampailah di pintu masuk
ekowisata Lembah Cilengkrang.
Letak Curug Sawer ini tidak jauh dan
berada di atas Curug Sabuk. Untuk mencapainya tidak mudah karena
harus mendaki jalan yang sebenarnya
merupakan aliran sungai, sehingga
harus berhati-hati karena jalan ini
